Action: Email or text to Greg and Neil. They need to check:
- Did STORE ever deal with Northmarq/Stan Johnson, NLG, Boulder Group, Live Oak?
- Does Haven/BlueSky bank at Pinnacle?
- Can Pat Alexander extend to Ron Coleman at Bradley Arant Atlanta?
Why first: Any "yes" restructures your outreach from cold to warm. Get the answers before you send emails.
2. Text Rob Leonard
Message: "Rob — quick q. Did the Pat Alexander intro ever happen? If not, can we get it on the calendar? Also — Pat has a colleague Ron Coleman in the Atlanta office doing franchise litigation. Can the intro extend?"
